The Highbury Project
Small-Batch Wines Straight from Our Vineyard
The Highbury Project is a family-run vineyard in Margaret River, dedicated to crafting high-quality wines using traditional methods. Founded in 2022 by us, Stacey and Richard Lewis, we focus on creating wines with exceptional texture and complexity, catering to those who appreciate small-batch, handcrafted wines.
Our first release of wines, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc and 2023 Rosé, will be available in March.

We're still finalising our online ordering system, but if you're interested in securing some of these wines, please contact Stacey on 0436 026 621.
A Journey of Revival: The Highbury Story (So Far)

In 2020, we embarked on a dream, leasing the two-hectare Highbury Estate vineyard from the late Terry Pain. The vineyard, though full of potential, had been untended for many years. Our journey began with a commitment to restoring these vines to their former glory. For two years, we poured our hearts and hands into the vineyard, nurturing the vines and learning the land.
Our dedication was rewarded in 2022 with a successful first harvest, a testament to the power of perseverance and the legacy of Highbury.
This journey, from untended vines to our first vintage, is what inspired the name of our wines: The Highbury Project. It's a name that honours the vineyard's history, the hard work, and the incredible support we've received from friends and family along the way.
Vale Terry Pain.
Looking Ahead: Our First Release and Beyond

Fast forward to 2025, and our "project" has become our reality. We've now purchased the two-hectare vineyard, nestled within a beautiful 15-hectare block in Treeton.
Just this January, we moved our young family into the old farmhouse, fully embracing life amongst the vines. We're excited to be writing the next chapter of the Highbury story. Our first release of wines will be available in February, a milestone we've been working towards for years.
We're looking forward to sharing these wines with you and welcoming you to our little piece of paradise. This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for The Highbury Project.
